Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CGX Hub reporting platform (the "Service") provided by CGX Group ("CGX", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, or by connecting a third-party account to it, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CGX Hub is a business-reporting dashboard that retrieves and displays performance data from third-party platforms you authorise us to connect to (for example Google Ads, Xero, ServiceM8, or Simpro). The Service presents this data for reporting and analysis purposes only.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorised to access, interfering with the Service's operation or security, or using it in violation of any applicable law or any third-party platform's terms (including the Google API Services Terms).

4. Data & privacy

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For data obtained through Google APIs, our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Reporting data originates from third-party platforms and may be subject to their availability, rate limits, and accuracy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by CGX and protected by applicable laws. You retain all rights to your own data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CGX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service or comply with law. On termination, we will delete or de-identify your connected-platform tokens and cached data within a reasonable period.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
